You are treated like one of their family members and feel at ease as you shop for that special automobile. We were looking for that special car for our daughter. A vehicle we knew would be dependable and offered options that ensured high safety standards. We found an older Toyota Camry which we believed to be a needle in the haystack. We knew it had been cherished by the previous owner who traded it in for their dream car, a Lexus. Even though the purchase we made that day was not huge, our Sales Consultant, Mark Demma, made us feel special. We saw the car on the spur of the moment and we lived over an hour away so we wanted to make sure it would be worth the trip. Mark sent us pictures and was very detailed in his explanation of what condition the car was in. We drove to Schaumberg and the car was exactly how he explained it & we loved it right away. My husband & I dread having multiple people approach us & the high pressure sales environment. This was a great experience because Mark allowed us the time to drive the Camry and the freedom to discuss our decision without feeling any pressure at all. He was one of the best Sales Consultants I have had in a while. The sales transaction was quick and painless. The finance manager, Caryn Szoldatits, was knowledgeable, available to answer any questions and was very personable. On our return visit to pick up the car & finalize the paperwork, everything was ready to go for us which was great since we wanted to get back on the road for our trip back home. We forgot the registration and she took the time to go on the internet and print us out one which saved us time. When we picked up the car, our daughter came with us. It looked so nice cleaned up sitting in the lot, that we had to take a double look to make sure it was the Camry we purchased. The inside looked & smelled really good too. We received a follow-up call and a personalized card in the mail. I would highly recommend that anyone far or near looking for that special car and a highly skilled and personable staff to check out the automobiles at Woodfield Lexus. It was truly a memorable experience. We will be recommending them to both family and friends. More

His knowledge of the ins and outs of the vehicle was extensive, his demeanor was unfailingly friendly and helpful and most importantly to me, he was ALWAYS available to answer questions or refer me to whomever in the dealership was best equipped to solve any problems! He even provided his personal phone number to me and more than once made himself available even when he was not in the office or enjoying his day off! Mine was an interstate purchase with the intendant difficulties that sometimes entails but all obstacles were quickly & efficiently dealt with!
