I had contacted almost every other Subaru dealer in the Washington DC area but none offered the level of service and dedication to getting me the vehicle I wanted that Cary did. Moreover, Heritage also offered me the best price (by a lot) of all the dealers I had spoken to. I ended up with the exact vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I bought my wife's car through Cary in 2021 and we loved it so much that I reached back out to get another. He is a great salesman and does NOT do pressure sales.....you tell him what you want, he makes it it so much that I reached back out to get another. I stopped in looking for a car and Cary when the car was not available scoured the Mile One inventory for a car to meet my needs. When we found one he drove us to see it. He said I cannot sell you this car as it needs to be service before anyone purchases it. The amount of effort to make sure I was going to get a car to suit my needs was impressive. Came in to look at Outbacks and Foresters. The sales person smelled horrible like body odor and 20 years of chain smoking. Like unable to breathe on the test drive bad. He was extremely slow at everything he did, kept dissappearing to smoke and he talked about the weirdest stuff. The manager Iman was very rude and condescending he acted like we were an inconvenience and wasting his time it was my car and i was paying for it but he kept talking to my husband like i wasnt apart of the decision making process. I wanted to look at other options there but we left instead. This was the most bizarre experience ive had in a long time. We did end up getting a really nice outback at Owings Mills. Oddly enough they share cars with Catonsville so we still got what we wanted. More
