The team worked hard to ensure that we got the car we wanted in the timeline we needed. Ray Hatcher and Carter Morris went out of their way to ensure that I was able to make the right choice for my family. They explained every option on all the different models I was considering to make sure I was well informed before picking the perfect car! Bringing my kids along to purchase the car was a dream. They were so accommodating to my whole family and make it a fun experience for everyone. I have been impressed by the followup from Ray after the purchase. He has checked numerous times to ensure that I don't have any questions about the features of the car and to make sure I didn't need any further followup. Because I loved his sales aproach (laid back and not pushy) and the way the entire deal was handled i brought my mom, dad, and sister there yesterday and after hours and working late we are now a Volkswagen Family. They have joined the Passat with a 2015 TDI Jetta and a New 2017 Jetta! Couldnt ask for a easier process. Many people are put off when going to a dealership due to horror stories that have been told. We met with Carter and he did a great job of showcasing the assets of the Atlas. We went to another dealership to look at our other choice and were underwhelmed by the model and the service. We decided to go with VW. Carter took great care to work with Danny on getting us the best deal possible. Carter was solid and persistent in reaching out to us, without being pushy. We appreciated his help and easy manner. Danny was confident and very efficient in explaining the details of the lease to us, taking time to clarify as needed. Maher was a wonderful person to close with. He is personable and approachable. Overall, they treated us well; they treated us like they wanted our business; they treated us with respect and consideration. We couldn't ask for more! Thanks guys! More
