While I was waiting for Gus to finish up our transaction I met a few of the VW employees who were so friendly and I felt as though I was part of their family right away. Maher Alhuraibi took care of my finances with a very smooth transition both he and Gus had me in my new Jetta that very night. I have never experienced a more smooth or pleasant transaction when it comes to purchasing a vehicle than the Volkswagen Family right here in Staunton, Virginia! One thing I did notice was that everyone helped (not just my sales representative) but the entire VW team to make sure I was taken care of. Loved my experience. More

I had been unhappy with the GM vehicle that we had for a while and was just going in to look. Brian was a huge help to us when it came to purchasing the vehicle. F What an awesome experience!! We went into the service center to have our Passat serviced and wound up purchasing a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. From the moment we stepped into the center, we were treated as royalty. Immediately we were offered something to drink and a fantastic center to rest while our car was serviced. This wonderful man approached me and introduced himself as Ray Hatcher. He showed me the new cars and I informed him that I was only having my car serviced. Needless did I realize that the new Atlas on the showroom floor spoke to me, there was my dream SUV. The rest is history, and I found my family at Valley Volkswagen forever. Love this entire staff and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Patty Minor More
