I received after sale follow up phone calls and emails to make sure that I was satisfied and to answer questions about my new car. I felt very well taken care of, was treated professionally, but friendly. I even received a follow up phone call from the VW Manager. Sadly, I had the occasion to contact other VW dealers in Virginia searching for a specific Golf R. With little exception, the dealers failed to meet my expectations in following up with my inquiries. Valley VW was in a league of their own in providing great customer service from the initial inquiry to post-sale. I started shopping while it was still being evaluated and repaired at Valley Subaru. I stopped by Valley VW and met Carter Morris. I described my ideal car - room for drums and music equipment, all wheel drive, fun to drive, manual transmission. He said, "Follow me. You're going to love this!" He walked me straight to a VW Golf AllTrack. He was right. I did love it. Even though it is an automatic, it is incredibly fun to drive and fits even more gear than my Impreza did. Carter and Jake went above and beyond to help make the car affordable for me and even worked with their sister dealership (Valley Subaru) to button up the trade and repairs on my old car. There is just something about the driving experience of a VW. Thank you to Carter and Jake for meeting that high standard with the buying experience. More
