I was lied to and tricked. I agreed 4.97% finance charge. It was changed somewhere in the process to 5.97% when the final contract paper was printed out for my signature. Th I agreed 4.97% finance charge. It was changed somewhere in the process to 5.97% when the final contract paper was printed out for my signature. This is my fault I believed the salesperson telling me the 4.97% interest rate. Had no idea the finance person would arbitrarily change it. In addition the finance person lied to my face after handing me the sheet with the extra care protection added which on paper changed the monthly payment $100. Like we can’t read. I did accept the extra care because I wanted it. Buyer beware!! Check EVERY line on EVERY paper More

I would have given Carmelo 0 stars if it let me. Isai. Was great to work with. I signed all my credit union paperwork on July 5th sent and also sent dealer funding request on same date. Received my Isai. Was great to work with. I signed all my credit union paperwork on July 5th sent and also sent dealer funding request on same date. Received my Tacoma on July 9th. I had to reapply for loan because Toyota of Rockwall didn’t send funding request until middle of August I had to pay a few tenths of a percent higher interest. I just asked Carmelo for a little off the price just to make up the difference what I was paying in car payments. Of course he said no and would never call me back to discuss. He just told Isai to tell me no. I even asked for a couple hundred dollars of Tacoma accessories from your parts department. And no. I finally got my tag a few weeks ago I had to call Isai because my paper tag had expired to get a new paper tag because I hadn’t received my permanent tag yet. I even called and talked to Barbara Jackson Secretary. And explained everything she said she would call me back or the general manager would it’s oct 17th still haven’t heard anything. To me that’s not vey good business. I will never buy or recommend Toyota if Rockwall to anybody!! More
