Vera’s response to your email or telephone is very prompt and polite. They direct you to the person or department very quickly. In my case it was Jason Back. Jason answered all my questions on the car I was interested in. I told him I would like to see the car and, unlike most salespeople and car dealerships he told me the car was not available until the following week. The following week it was available and he let me know. I went up to Vera Cadillac to see the car. Everything went well except for my trade in value on my car and the price of the car I wanted. Jason said he could not do any better. Jason brought in the Sales Manager (not surprised it’s a car dealership). To my surprised the Sales Manger was very polite and professional. I also felt he was being very honest with me. He showed me all the cost I would be paying inclusive of the selling price of the car. I showed him my top price I wanted to pay. No haggling, in the end I knew he was being strait up and in the end we may a deal which was acceptable for both of us. If it wasn’t for Jason’s follow up and great communication I never would have driven 35 miles to see and purchase this car. Vera Cadillac has a great staff and are the best in Customer Service! And yes, they are a car dealership!!! My next car will be from them as well! More
