We have been loyal Williamson Cadillac clients for over 10 years so when our latest lease was up for renewal we obviously went there. Due to an unfortunate circumstance of being treated poorly, and disresp 10 years so when our latest lease was up for renewal we obviously went there. Due to an unfortunate circumstance of being treated poorly, and disrespected we decided to cut our losses and find a new dealership. We had heard great things about Vera Cadillac and decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Gerrod “Ross” Overman and quickly realized we were in for a very different experience than the day before. The patience, attention to what we needed and were looking for and just all-around customer service was outstanding. The icing on the cake was that a very unassuming manager by the name of Chris walked by the office to make sure that everything was OK. He listen to what we needed and made us a deal that we just cannot walk away from. In actuality it was an additional three months to the lease and close to $40 more than what we would’ve paid at Williamson but after the attention received at Vera we couldn’t say no. When Chris gave is his business card, with his personal cell and were told to call him directly with anything we needed we saw his last name. Little did we know we were being taken care of by a member of the actual Vera family. We are now the proud leasees of a beautiful 2021 Cadillac XTS. Thank you Vera Cadillac for treating us with respect and welcoming us into your family. Cheers to many more years of business together. More
