My experience was not good. I was told that the service department had been improved in 2024 when we purchased our vehicle. My car was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation I was told that the service department had been improved in 2024 when we purchased our vehicle. My car was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and I purchased an air filter exchange. The experience took two and one half hours (unacceptable). When I asked the service technician why he didn’t alert me my car was finished he said he couldn’t find me. I sat in the same room for the entire period. I am not satisfied in any way with this service team. Unfortunately I purchased a service agreement which I now regret. More
