Extremely difficult to speak with the sales person, or manager when calling the dealership. I feel that the buying process was slow and I was provided misleading information. The was even yelled at by the manager when calling the dealership. I feel that the buying process was slow and I was provided misleading information. The was even yelled at by the sales person during my purchase prior to signing. My new car has been in the shop a week after I purchased it. I leave messages for the finance department and never receive a call back. I do not have an ETA on when I will get my car back. Did not receive accurate information from service either. I feel that the minute you walk out of the dealership with the car, the dealership stops caring about you as a customer. Very poor customer service. I even tried reaching out to the VIP customer service manager and left a voicemail for over a week and still no returned calls. They also tried selling me maintenance plan that comes free with every new Jeep purchase. More
