He asked the right questions and walked us through the whole process with no pressure to just get the deal done. That night found a little issue with the A/C. I texted Carlos about 9:00pm and he immediately responded. Took it in the next morning, they fixed it no problem. I would recommend Carlos for anyone looking for a great car to buy. More

New Camry, Unexpected excellent service I have never had a lease before and was a bit worried at first until Carlos came up and introduced himself.
