The transition from my 2018 to my 2021 car was easy & smooth. My salesperson Carlos Fernandez was accommodating-knowledgeable -friendly and very respectful. Professionalism is not found often and Carlos is most definitely that. He helped me out more than I could have asked for and even when I was about to leave he went beyond for me to figure out a way were definitely that. I really appreciate the commitment that Carlos showed in try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350.
