In 2013, I purchased my A4, after 130k miles, it was still working great, but I decided to trade it in for a 2017 Q5. My A4 was 100% dealer maintained and the service department has always been great to still working great, but I decided to trade it in for a 2017 Q5. My A4 was 100% dealer maintained and the service department has always been great to work with. I had been emailing back and forth with Carlo for about a year, as I was planning and researching on the right time to purchase. Once I was ready, I emailed Carlo about a few Q5s. He made an appointment with me the next day and tested them. It was no pressure, transparent and upfront discussions about the car/ purchase. I felt valued as an Audi customer. Eddie was great in the finance department, the price of the car was good/fair compared to all my research. I looked for a year before I bought because I was honestly dreading buying a car. I went to a few other places to check things out and it was a waste of my time, but I needed to know and compare. At Hoffman Audi, Carlo made the sale buy valuing my business and followed up after the sale to check in. I highly recommend. More

Carlo and the entire buying experience was honestly the best I've ever experienced. I set up the info and appointment ahead of time and everything was ready before I arrived. We talked about cars for a b best I've ever experienced. I set up the info and appointment ahead of time and everything was ready before I arrived. We talked about cars for a bit but he was always working on something so that it was moving along. No pressure, super upfront and transparent even on the trade value (which I felt was a great value). He even goes the extra step on some final touches which hit it home. I love my new Q8 and will definitely be referring anyone in the market for not just an Audi but new luxury vehicle to him and Audi Hoffman Estates. More
