They offered one amount online and a different one in the dealership. I asked for less than the retail value of my car. They low balled me on my car by $4000. I told them what I wanted to finance. They came dealership. I asked for less than the retail value of my car. They low balled me on my car by $4000. I told them what I wanted to finance. They came back $5000 over what I told them. The value of my car was a lot more than they offered by about $7000. More

When the finance offer was nearly 10% higher interest than my current vehicle, the finance employee immediately understood what it would take to get me to continue buying a car and he made it happen. The than my current vehicle, the finance employee immediately understood what it would take to get me to continue buying a car and he made it happen. The lady, Carla, was very pushy saying “just accept the high rate and refinance in a few months” she repeated this to the point it nearly lost my sale. I can’t remember my finance guys name but he was great! More
