This is an update of my review in April. After experiencing what 20 or so peopel have written about is the vehicle they purchased fell apart. 1. They are inspecting their own vehicles before registration. This is like given yourself your own report card! I have sent in complaints to everyone. The DMV is currently looking at this issue because the car can't be driven. They have been doing this for a long time. If the Attorney General has 100 complaints about the same thing they can file a Civil Action Suit! If you have problems with your vehicle that you purchased her, contact the Attorney General's office and submit your complaint! This website will not allow me to contact you, but I will be submitting all your complaints to the AG as proof that they need to be put our of business or fined for their unethical business practices. I'm willing to go to court to prove this. Also, on their website, it say's they do a rigorous inspection of all cars! Fraudulent advertising! More

Horrible management at this dealership. Would not honor a written price from a salesman negotiated through email. Pulled the old bait and switch tactic to get us in the door. Not to mention, Ken Chaison, the re 7 months ago ***WARNING*** STAY AWAY AT ALL COST I experienced the worst customer service, ever, at this place. Not to mention, Ken Chaison, the rental department manager, tracking the rental car that I was in, harassing me and stole money out of my bank account. I went to the dealership and spoke with Kenny’s boss, Luis Castillo, showed him a copy of my bank statement and he assured me that he would rectify this heinous crime done to me by Ken Chaison. It has been about a week now and I have not heard from Luis Castillo nor am I ever able to reach him when I call his office. They need to get rid of the liars, thieves and crooks named Ken Chaison and Luis Castillo. 1 Response from the owner 7 months ago Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Great Deal AND an Easy Out of State Purchase! Was able to get a great deal on a 2013 Quest with very low miles. Although this was an out of state purchase - things went smoothly. Flew into Houst Was able to get a great deal on a 2013 Quest with very low miles. Although this was an out of state purchase - things went smoothly. Flew into Houston - got picked up at the airport by my salesman Laurens - and finished the paperwork/deal in a couple of hours. The van was very clean and works great - drove it back home to Cincinnati over the next day. Laurens, Fernando and all the other people at Baker Nissan work great to work with!! More

My "Go To" Dealership I've just leased my 3rd vehicle from the great team at Baker Nissan and as usual it was a pleasure doing business with these guys!!! My contact Shawn I've just leased my 3rd vehicle from the great team at Baker Nissan and as usual it was a pleasure doing business with these guys!!! My contact Shawn Kennedy, who I've known for several years and is an expert on used vehicles, put me in touch with the most awesome salesman Sammy Vela who helped me with my lease vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Rodney Crow was instrumental in making sure I got the perfect deal...and a great deal he gave me!!! When signing, all my questions were answered and details of the deal explained. Gio walked me through how everything functions on my new Rouge; he even took the time to sinc my phone via Bluetooth before I drove off :-D I can't say enough about how easy they made this experience....and it was super quick. I'm quite sure...as in the past...they'll see me on my next car shopping trip. Thank you guys for always taking such great care of me!!!! Shout out to Carl Baker for always being so welcoming, friendly and helpful!!! More

Awesome experience buying my vehicle. After a couple awful experiences at other dealerships trying to pressure us into buying things we couldn't afford, my husband and I headed over to Bak After a couple awful experiences at other dealerships trying to pressure us into buying things we couldn't afford, my husband and I headed over to Baker Nissan. The experience was awesome. We told Carl what we were looking for and what our budget would be for a car payment and he worked with us to find us what we were looking for and in our budget. I really enjoyed the no high pressure experience that this dealership has to offer. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car! More

I found out about Baker Nissan through the Car Pro website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left after a test drive on a new 2014 Pathfinder with a feeling that all he really wanted was to close the deal, and if we weren't ready to deal that day he was moving on to another customer. I also considered the Hyundai Santa Fe, but was dissapointed that the 2014 model was not out yet. After Chris Godwin the general manager contacted me via email and we chatted over the phone, I felt right away that this was going to be a good car buying experience and my feelings were justified. He did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but had it available at the other dealership. Over the phone, he gave me a fair price for my trade in and a bottom line price for the new pathfinder. He had it trucked in on Monday and we test drove it on Wednesday. Mr. Godwin turned us over to the very capable hands of Rod Deason, our salesman, and when Mr. Godwin arrived at the dealership (he was off the property when we arrived but he had already informed me that he would be gone and when he would be back), he came over and introduced himself to both me and my husband and also made us feel quite welcome. Back to Rod Deason. Rod's product knowledge is unsurpassed. I have never worked with a salesman that knew his product so well. It was apparant that he reads the manuals also, as he was up to date on the 2014 service schedule (oil changes, etc). He spent a good deal of time with us on the front end even before the deal was closed, making sure we knew about how to access programming features, where all the buttons were to push to adjust mirrors, seats, etc. and was quite thorough with all the features of the car during the test drive. After we decided to buy the car, He spent 4 hours with us off and on, making sure that all the necessary paperwork was taken care of, and informing us of when we would be going in to finance, then telling us clearly what the next steps in our journey was. Carl Baker was pleasant and courteous when working with us on our trade in. We were well taken care of by Felipe Rodriguez in finance - he made the process (which is tedious at best) as quick as possible and we were on our way. He was pleasant and professional as well. We were turned back to Rod, who walked us through the last steps of introducing us to the new vehicle - he paired my bluetooth phone to the system, showed us how the remotes worked, went through every last inch of the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle before we left the property. He also made sure I had his contact information so I can call with any questions or issues. Rod also took us to the service department and gave us a quick tour, and also introduced us to the folks in that department. Overall, from the very nice lady (sorry I do not remember her name) who greeted us at the door when we first arrived, to all the people who work at Baker Nissan, my husband's and mine overall impression is that this is a professional operation and the people enjoy working here as well. The vehicle was spotless when it was delivered to us. It is usually the little things that give me an idea of how well a business is run - happy looking and friendly employees, people following through with what they say they are going to do, employees treating us professionally. I am totally satisfied with Baker Nissan and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, and let them know Rod will certainly make the process enjoyable. My husband and I recieved the total VIP treatment !!! Thanks everyone! More

I had purchased my Xterra from Baker Nissan North in 2008 and was extremely pleased with the entire buying process then, so it only made sense to go back when I decided to upgrade to a Pathfinder. I priced and was extremely pleased with the entire buying process then, so it only made sense to go back when I decided to upgrade to a Pathfinder. I priced the vehicle with other dealerships in Houston and ultimately the best deal was with Baker North. Carl was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and when they didnt have exactly what I wanted Carl was able to track it down at another dealership for me. I love my new car and feel great about the purchase. Thanks Baker! You can be sure I will be back when its time to trade up to an Armada. More

Carl was very accomodating during the sales process, worked diligently to get us the "deal" we needed and was very thorough explaining our new vehicle to us after paperwork was completed... The sales manager was pompous and abbrasive, but luckily our time with him was limited. When my wife returned later in the week to have some equipment added to vehicle she was shocked to find that their attitudes towards her were less friendly and less accomodating... she felt "brushed off" and as if she was an inconveinence! More
