Hi De , We understand this situation is frustrating that is why we presented the Diagnoses for the Radio at no charge so we can properly identify why the Radio is not functioning , oil changes do not require any interaction with the radio unit as we also discussed . WE strive to take care of every customer and maintain their continued business and if at any time we are at Fault we will make it right we hope to have you come for the diagnoses and get you taken care of . Yes, while you all did offer to diagnose the cause for the radio not working at no charge to me, this only came after I stated I would not be paying for the diagnostic test after being told I would have to. Additionally, I did call to reschedule however I was placed on hold for so long that I had to end the call and when I called back I was asked to hold yet again and at that time I asked if I could leave a message which I did and did not receive a return call. The offer does not take away from the fact that I brought in my vehicle with no issues to the radio and when my vehicle was returned to me it no longer worked. While I am fully aware that a routine oil change should not require any interaction with the radio the fact remains that every time I have come in for an oil change my radio is powered off when I receive it back and there have been times where I’ve had to reset the channels. There have also been multiple times you all failed to reset the oil maintenance light after an oil change which is an indication of a rushed job or lack of care to fully complete the job and shows negligence. The only thing I am at fault for is not making a big deal out of these small things which has now turned into a big problem leaving me with a non-working radio that I know you all will not take fault for despite saying if you all are at fault you’ll make it right.
