I showed up about 45 minutes later than the service time and a little over an hour my truck’s service was completed along with realignment of the front end. Great service!!!

But I have to say, the truck didn't get done in timely manner. We had scheduled appt to drop off at 7 a.m. When we returned around 3 p.m., work on truck had not been completed. I am sure what happened is others came in, and ours, since we were not on-site waiting, it probably got bumped out a bit. And as my husband had to leave for work, I had to wait for vehicle, and needed to rush to get home and then off to next appt. Also, our previous Toyota dealership always washed our vehicle, and cleaned it out. It always makes me sad to pay so much, and then walk out to the vehicle, that physically doesn't look any better. They could have, at least, wiped off the windshield. Just a little thing that could be done to make the customer a bit more satisfied, after forking over lots of $, and waiting.
