Cannon helped me a lot during my process and really went the lengths to fix my issue. I especially appreciated the feeling of welcoming and he didn’t try and add any weird fees with me and kept it very simp the lengths to fix my issue. My Service Advisor, Cannon Campbell, waited for me to drop my vehicle off on a late Friday evening. My SA was to have the weekend off so he set up everything for a perfect handoff to another recommended drop my vehicle off on a late Friday evening. The service team was able to resolve my mechanical issue and Hisar did an excellent follow through. My continued faith and commitment in Pat Lobb is purely due to the excellent service I receive from the Service Department, but most notably Cannon Campbell!! More

Wife’s car needed scheduled maintenance following a road trip. I called Cannon Campbell with an issue with my rear gate not working as well. He told me some things to try over the phone, which did not work. trip. I called Cannon Campbell with an issue with my rear gate not working as well. He told me some things to try over the phone, which did not work. A few days later I drove the vehicle and he tried to get it figured out on the drive, but said he was certain it was a bad sensor. He scheduled me at my earliest convenience and we brought the vehicle to him today. He got everything handled and got our car serviced and repaired and back in my garage for my wife’s work week which starts tomorrow. I came up while my wife was waiting and asked him to turn off the “enhanced engine sound” on my new tundra and he immediately took it back and got it done within 5 minutes. Also needed a part and he walked me over to Shelby in parts, who was eager to help me and get my parts figured out. Thank you. Communication, friendliness, willingness to help and excellent product knowledge are just a few of the many traits which he has and which I like. My only “go to” service advisor at this dealership, and will continue being so, as long as he is around! Thank you Cannon! More

I took my wife’s Sequoia to Cannon this week. He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. Vehicle was returned to us in a timely manner and all concerns were resolved. Cannon kept me updated throughout the whole process, and I appreciate that. He always helps me out and has a smile on his face and a genuine personality. Customer service is hit or miss these days. Without mentioning names, there are other advisors and sales people at this dealership that could learn a few things from Cannon. I tell all of my family and friends who service their cars here, to use him. Not sure if they do, but I refer him all the time. Cannon is a valuable asset to the service department and the dealership. I’ll probably always have a Toyota in my posession and I hope that Cannon is there to help me when I need him! More
