Although I did not go with my husband to look for a different vehicle, but he did know that a Subaru Outback was #1 on my list. When he stopped in to Chattanooga Subaru, he told me he had spoke with a different vehicle, but he did know that a Subaru Outback was #1 on my list. When he stopped in to Chattanooga Subaru, he told me he had spoke with a salesman named Callaway Coving. After a few days of conversation’s between my husband & Callaway, I learned that my -#1 choice for an Outback was a deal. I did not meet Callaway until he personally delivered the car to our residence. He was very through in explaining all the paperwork that had to be signed. Then he was very helpful in going over all the many details that the Outback offered. My first purchase from this dealership was in 1999, a new 4Runner. I've bought a few cars from them and recommended several friends to buy their Toyotas here. I had a bad experience with the salesman who sold me my first car years ago. It made me dread going into any dealership after that, BUT Toyota of Cleveland changed that! My husband and I met Callaway in th first car years ago. It made me dread going into any dealership after that, BUT Toyota of Cleveland changed that! My husband and I met Callaway in the car lot and he walked us through the entire process. We never felt pressured into anything and he made sure that we left happy. All the way from the salesman to the financing man, we were taken care of. All of the staff were very friendly to us the whole time we were there. We left with a great experience and exactly what we wanted. I will be recommending Toyota of Cleveland to all of our friends! More
