They took great care of both my son and daughter with buying their cars. We won't be buying new vehicles from anywhere else in town moving forward. I normally never write a negative review on a business, but I was taken back a bit by the practices and the overall level of salesmanship I received at this dealership. Was interested in a vehicle and stop but I was taken back a bit by the practices and the overall level of salesmanship I received at this dealership. Was interested in a vehicle and stopped in on a Wednesday to talk to a salesman about the car we were interested in. Was told the car was not ready to be looked at, and I told the salesman that we wanted first chance at purchasing the vehicle. The salesman relay to us, no problem you will have "first bids" on it and took our info to text us when it was ready. The following day I sent several text messages asking about the status of the vehicle. The response from the salesman was that the care was still not ready. I told them I was going to stop in on Friday morning as I had the day off to car shop. The salesman told me late Thursday that the car should be ready by then. Showed up to the dealership early Friday morning, walked in and met with the salesman, who in turn said let me check the status of the car. I waited for about 10min and then the salesman came back and said "sorry we sold the car yesterday". I was obviously not happy, and I noticed that the sales manager was not even going to attempt to come and say something, he just glared at me from the managers room. When you prioritize money over people, this is the kind of business you will have. I took my business to another dealership and that was a blessing in disguise, but that dealership was the exact opposite on how my family was treaded here. More
