His personality is an essential element of any sales force and his is on point! His willingness to work with the customer is a vital element of his ability to close a sale! An important aspect for me personally was his communication skills in both English and Spanish in explaining every detail of not only the truck we were wanting to purchase but in the negotiation process and ultimately the final contract.
