We purchased our 2021 Kia Soul from Kia of Leesburg. And, recently received an engine recall from the manufacturer. The recall advised us to limit our driving of the vehicle as amongst other things, i And, recently received an engine recall from the manufacturer. The recall advised us to limit our driving of the vehicle as amongst other things, it could catch fire. And were advised to make an appointment with our dealer asap. We were also advised that this would be at no cost to us. Accordingly, we called Kia of Leesburg to make an appointment. I explained that I have a sick husband and could not be without my car. We were told they would provide us with a loaner as they would need to have our car for a minimum of 24 hours, possibly longer if the engine needed to be replaced. Today, I called to confirm our appointment for tomorrow and was told that they had no loaners but that I could rent a vehicle at my own expense. The gentleman I spoke with (AJ) was rude and condescending. Needless to say, we will never again buy a Kia nor another vehicle from Kia of Leesburg. They clearly do not care about their customers and obviously cut them loose after purchase. More

I’ve never seen the dealership so crowded with service but Ty was exceptional. Ty & rest of team moved the line along fast. The service department was very good. What I didn’t like was the guy outside the service area. The guy works for a company called At Home. A glass replacement company. The guy said I had cracks in my windshield and he could get it fixed. Originally I said yes till I found out the company has horrible reviews and told them no. Now I get hounded by them daily. More
