Service advisor, Wil is friendly and helpful. Negative feedback: It took over 4 hours just to do a scheduled oil change and to replace a tire. It would have been better for me to be shown the actual tire with the nail than to be sent a photo. Tire prices are not competitive for loyal Kia clients.
