I’ve been working for Toyota of Easley almost two years—but I bring over a decade of customer service experience to the table. My top priority is making sure your visit is smooth, straightforward, and that your vehicle gets the attention it deserves to stay safe and reliable on the road. Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman. You’ll often find me hunting, fishing, off-roading, or racing either 4wheelers or cars on the weekends with my boyfriend. I’m also a proud dog parent to four American Bullies who are truly my babies. And if it’s football season aside from Whitetail hunting, you can bet I’m cheering on my Clemson Tigers—Go Tigers!

I had a flat tire( ran over something in the road) and called roadside assistance. They changed my tire and I drove straight to Toyota of Easley, without an appointment, to have the tire repaired. I had purchased the set of tires from Toyota/Easley about one year ago. The very nice service department lady said tire could not be repaired and they had one in stock. She told me the tire was covered and there would be no charge. I appreciate them working me in although it was late in the day. I could not have asked for better service! More

I’ve had a great experience with the service department at Toyota of Easley since I started bringing my vehicles in 7+ years ago. The service advisors always communicated the status of my vehicle and never tried to upsell unless it was a safety issue. Recommendations are always made with reasonable time frames to address. I was incredibly impressed with my last service experience when I received video, yes video!, of my multipoint inspection pointing out the status of specific components (brakes, tires, etc.) and areas to keep my eyes on for the future. Simply awesome! More

We’ve been loyal Toyota owners for over 15 years, with multiple new and leased vehicles, and we’ve worked with several Toyota service centers in Florida and South Carolina. Without question, Toyota of Eas multiple new and leased vehicles, and we’ve worked with several Toyota service centers in Florida and South Carolina. Without question, Toyota of Easley stands out as the best service department we’ve ever experienced. We’ve been coming here for about six years now with our RAV4 and Tacoma, and every visit has reaffirmed our trust. Jacinda Beaudoin, in particular, deserves special recognition. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of—not just as customers, but as people. A few examples come to mind: when our RAV4’s throttle body needed replacement at only 39,000 miles, Jacinda reached out to Toyota corporate herself and secured the part at no charge, leaving us to pay only the labor. She even arranged to pick up and return our vehicle from my wife’s workplace to make the repair process completely effortless. On another visit, when the refrigerant for an A/C recharge was out of stock, she again coordinated pickup and return once the part arrived—never missing a beat in communication or care. Even during our first experience back in 2020, when my Tacoma’s fuel pump recall was pending, Toyota of Easley didn’t hesitate to provide a complimentary rental vehicle for nearly a month until the recall could be completed. Everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. Every interaction—whether a simple oil change or a complex repair—has reflected honesty, empathy, and an incredible commitment to service. Jacinda and the team at Toyota of Easley have set a standard that every dealership should aspire to. We’re truly grateful for the way they continue to treat us and our vehicles. More
