I bought a used car in one day! I had spoked to C.J.Nichols previously, but when a friend and I went in on Thursday I found an Outback that was perfect for me , I was able to finance I had spoked to C.J.Nichols previously, but when a friend and I went in on Thursday I found an Outback that was perfect for me , I was able to finance it, and finally decided to trade in my 2004 Outback which I loved. C.J. Spent a lot of time with me and shepherded me on the test drive., which was good. We had a nice lunch at Red Lobster while the paperwork was being worked on and finished it up when we got back. It did take all day and it was a very good experience at the dealership. My only complaint was on the way back ( about 40 miles into an 80 mile trip) the tire light came on and I ended up having to pump up all 4 tires in the dark. Other than that I had a very good experience and just hope the maintenance guys check the tire pressure before sending new customers out with their cars. Thank you. More

Dan is the man! CJ is a great guy to buy a car from. He knows his Subaru. He convinced me that an outback was a good it and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. CJ is a great guy to buy a car from. He knows his Subaru. He convinced me that an outback was a good it and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Dan is the service tech that took my Outback in to check in intermittent starting issues. I was convinced that it couldn't be the battery but it turns out it was. Dan saw that I was 400 miles over the factory warranty, had the extended in place, but had only owned the car for 5 weeks. He took care of the battery and didn't charge me. I'll be taking my Subaru here for service for the life of the car. More

Then, he went through the various used Subaru models and help me settle on a 2014 Outback. He wasn't pushy or over-eager to sell me the car. He did, however, talk about how he owns one and is also a former Forester owner, just like me (now). It was this combination of familiarity with the product and interest in selling me the best fit that won me over. Good work Tucson Subaru and good work CJ. More
