Happy Customer I visited Subaru awhile back to test drive an Outback and a Forester. I was not ready to buy but CJ spent a lot of time with me, and when I was ready I visited Subaru awhile back to test drive an Outback and a Forester. I was not ready to buy but CJ spent a lot of time with me, and when I was ready to come back and purchase a car, I did not hesitate to return. I have some disabilities and he helped me, was very patient, and just took really great care that I understood things and was able to enjoy my car right from the start. We e-mailed Rocky Christifano on Tuesd We have been so pleased and impressed with the customer service we received on the leasing of our new Impreza. We e-mailed Rocky Christifano on Tuesday evening requesting his guidance on which direction to take as our Forester lease was coming to an end. Even though he was out of town he must have immediately contacted John Petersavage who got back to us immediately. John met with me the next morning and put together a package which met our needs perfectly. At this point CJ Nichols provided us with thorough and pleasant assistance. Traci remembered us from three years ago and finalized the paper work. It is so refreshing in this day and age to be treated with such kindness.
