CJ was patient with me in weighing out my options and even after long email chains and test drives and me ultimately deciding that I couldn't afford a car, he was polite and understanding. Since recently coming back into the market for a new car again, my initial experience with CJ and Tucson Subaru made it my first choice in dealership. CJ helped me get the Outback that I wanted; compared to the Subaru dealers in Phoenix I got a great deal and am very happy with the purchase. For financing my car, Jen was extremely helpful in clearly laying out exactly what I would be paying for and why, completely taking the nerves out of my first new car buying experience and making me feel comfortable. Outstanding from sales/leasing to service and back again I received a promotional email from Subaru inviting me to upgrade to the current model year and Share the Love. As it happened, I was in on Monday and I received a promotional email from Subaru inviting me to upgrade to the current model year and Share the Love. As it happened, I was in on Monday and texted CJ Nichols (he has sold us about 3 of our 8 Subarus) asking if he could beat the ad's price. When he got in, he stopped in at the waiting area and we went to his office to chat. I wasn't too interested in a new vehicle since we had a 2017 Outback with just 18,000 miles on it, but, if I could save money… We couldn't get the monthly payments to where I wanted them to be so we talked lease. We are now at a point where leasing could make sense. This is Thursday and we celebrate the arrival of our new and loaded (EyeSight, etc.) 2018 Outback. The leasing process went smoothly and quickly, as hard our last few purchases. Gone are the days when the signing process takes hours longer than the buying process. I have a Subaru! I found a used car on line and contacted Tucson Subaru. I had a response from CJ in less than an hour, even though it was after business hours. We made an appointment, looked at several cars, went for a test drive, and the rest is history! I have a very nice 2015 Forester, it is loaded with safety equipment, looks and drives great, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I especially enjoyed seeing CJ's pictures of the local mountain scenery while waiting for the finance department to do their paperwork. More
