Nichols did the honors for my subsequent two purchases, and I came away more than satisfied on each occasion with their obvious and sincere determination to make me happy with the deal I received. I researched for months and decided to follow the Consumer Reports recommendation of the Subaru Forester. After my Internet inquiry, C.J. Nichols contacted us promptly. He arranged two test drives for my wife and me. His presentations were terrific, filled with information that we needed. And is he ever patient! We dithered and dallied for about three months, then decided the Outback would be better for us. Another test drive, more great info, and no pressure at all. When we were ready to buy, C.J. laid out the pricing very clearly. I had researched regional prices and was happy that my hometown dealer had solid deals on the popular Outback. The money stuff was handled professionally and painlessly by C.J. and Louie Ascencio in the finance office. In all, this was a fine car buying experience. Super people, no baloney, good price. Highly recommended. Oh, and we love our new Outback. More
