The entire process was comfortable and relatively stress-free. No hard sell, no attempt to upgrade/downgrade me to a car I didn't want. He brought up a financing option I had not considered. Traci in financing was organized and efficient. The entire experience was better than I've had at other dealers. I'm now the happy owner of my second Forester. More
