Best experience buying a car in our lives, both salesman Kevin Gribble and financial guy Curt were friendly, great knowledge of the cars, the warranties, etc. that helped us make our decisions with confiden Kevin Gribble and financial guy Curt were friendly, great knowledge of the cars, the warranties, etc. that helped us make our decisions with confidence. They also did their utmost to get us through the financial paperwork process as speedily as possible. We had been considering an Outback for a few years and been checking out your website over the past year. We saw some possible used car options this week, and when I called to chat, the salesman available that evening to talk to me was Kevin. He answered several questions right off, which impressed me, and said he would push to get the trade-in ready for us to check out the next day which he did. However, when we arrived he immediately let us know that he wasn't pleased with the overall condition of the Outback when he got to see it and was glad we had said we noticed some other cars of interest as well as that one. He was right, the car we had first asked about, was not up to our own expectations for physical condition. His caring and honesty with us was encouraging and unexpected. He answered every question with obvious knowledge of how each model differed, and the background of each car. He even had a specific route picked out for us to test drive that gave us a chance to check out some of the features in handling the car. We ended up with a wonderful Forester, that was a little younger than the Outback, but within our price range. We felt we got the deal we had been waiting for! Also appreciated getting an email from Terry too, congratulating us on our purchase and inviting us to come to say hello when we next visit. And CJ had been emailing me on and off over the year, but we missed connecting with him to work with us on our visit to Tucson this week. More
