I only picked one star because I could not pick zero stars. This dealership is poor at Best, their service manager is a real xxx who talks down to people and acts like he knows more than anyone in the p stars. This dealership is poor at Best, their service manager is a real xxx who talks down to people and acts like he knows more than anyone in the place. He was wrong on so many occasions with the car that we took in to get repaired. They kept it for almost 2 months and never fixed anything. Never buy a Volkswagen from this dealership. When I say never, I mean, never. We bought an ID4 brand new, yet the only technician that they have to work on it as a kid that looks to be about 15 years old. They have no idea how to do much of anything, they had a problem, even getting it to connect to the Internet and show locations. It was way worse when we got it back after that month and a half. I mean never. More

Very very very poor , I had an appointment at 1, didn’t get out till 3. Went and asked service manager if my car was done he said oh it’s been done. Then asked my name again and what color car. Came back a get out till 3. Went and asked service manager if my car was done he said oh it’s been done. Then asked my name again and what color car. Came back and said they was bringing it over now, the car they brought wasn’t even mine. Totally different color.asked me again what my color car was. Finally brought over, no paper work or nothing. I’ve bought many cars from there and really looking to not come back, thanks More

Being put on hold wait time more than 10 minutes. This store regularly schedules appointments for repair service that they don’t have the parts for and routinely requires a reschedule This is an in This store regularly schedules appointments for repair service that they don’t have the parts for and routinely requires a reschedule This is an inconvenience to the customer who has scheduled time off work to bring the car in. It’s a lot of runaround and excuses. If it wasn’t for the recalls I would never go to this dealership. They are inept, incompetent and very disorganized! More
