A lovely showroom with plenty of seating, and delicious snacks. Everyone is just so nice and friendly. It's so nice to have a wonderful place to sit while I'm waiting for my cars oil change. I have been having issues with the transmission for a long time and sometime ago they said there was a recall about the computer part. It should fix the issue of not shifting right or the engine racing a long time and sometime ago they said there was a recall about the computer part. It should fix the issue of not shifting right or the engine racing and only going slow when I takeoff. Then the last time I had it in for recall, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong even though I had two issues where I was backing up and the engine was revving and I had to throw it into park to keep it from running over the tire bumpers and into a building. I’m not exactly happy with my Nissan Titan only for that reason . I don’t understand why they can’t seem to repair it properly or even admit that there’s an issue. Along with that the back up sensor only works sporadically and they said they tested it and everything is fine. Obviously does not work because I wouldn’t say that it didn’t work if it did work. I don’t understand this company !!!!! I have also filled a couple of these out before and no response from the survey so I guess it goes back onto the Nissan corporation. More

Chuck is a great service advisor and has been more helpful than the other service advisor and the service manager. On my issues they denied there were any problem they continued with the recall, and my symptoms are still an issue. I think it’s rather interesting the first three or so oil changes they did do a wash , continued with the recall, and my symptoms are still an issue. I think it’s rather interesting the first three or so oil changes they did do a wash , courtesy wash on the vehicle anymore they don’t care. I would never deal with that dealership again!! More

For whatever reason, they refuse to provide the details via email. They are clearly resistant to a straightforward and hassle free car buying experience. More

Really liked the dealership. Visited a lot and came back. Does a nice job. Cs level dropped at the end unfortunately. Just fell through who was turning it in to finance I think but was a little surprised that the sales guy just moved on to the next sale and didn’t see us through. Christian was fantastic! More

Everyone was completely rude and inattentive. Christian, Ryan, Mario all were no help. They all had me going in circles trying to get a hold of someone. And Christian was very funny calling a 23 year old grown man buddy. Completely unprofessional and would return the car if I could and get my money back. Because the passenger door is broken. The glove box is damaged. and much more. Lokey Nissan is a horrible dealer ship to purchase from and I would stay away any future customers. More
