I am currently pleased with the work they was done. The communication from Chris my service advisor left a lot to be desired. Every piece of the process took longer than he said it would. When I spoke with him, I always felt like I was just a number which is the exact opposite of what the hold message says they want you to feel like. When I kept asking about the delays, the information I got from Chris was minimal and he seemed annoyed I asked. I finally had to speak with the manager in the Parts department who gave me a very detailed explanation as to what was going on with the parts. He even told me one has been on back ordered but that it had finally be resolved. He looked up the tracking and told me exactly when they would receive them. I was frustrated that I could not get any of this information from Chris. I'll return to Jim Ellis but will ask for a different service advisor next time. I'll hope to be treated less as a number and be given the information that I am looking for. More

Dewayne and his whole service team were outstanding! After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined th After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined the recommended repair. And even though it took a day or two longer than we had thought initially, they found & fixed the problem for a lot less than we had (anxiously) expected. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership (including the front receptionist, whose name I don’t know, but who kindly helped arrange a short ride for me to be dropped off at the Enterprise location just down the street) was courteous, friendly & professional. I mean it when I say: as long as g as this is the level of service provided by your dealership, we will never go to another GMC dealer again! More

The service technicians were very professional, unfortunately I have taken my car there twice for the same issue. Both times my check engine light was on, but do to the 24-48 hours diagnostic time unfortunately I have taken my car there twice for the same issue. Both times my check engine light was on, but do to the 24-48 hours diagnostic time frame, the light was off the second time when it was time to service my vehicle. The service tech sent a video showing that everything is fine with the vehicle., which I know isn't the case. The video that I sent to the service department showed exactly what the issue is. The orange light and the red M light on the gear shift were blinking, along with the car accelerating slow, and not surpassing 50 mph.which is a transmission issue. I understand the vehicle has to be experiencing the issue when the diagnostics is done, but I live an hour away from the dealership. To top things off, my drivers side rear rim is scratched from what looks like curb damage from the test drive. I didn't report it to the dealer because it wasn't notice until two days after. More

For new GMC truck made me pay for oil change that was covered for first 20k miles. Told them it was covered and still made me pay the $210 to get my truck back without researching it.
