I can't say enough about the service I received purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 BMW X3. The Sales Manager - Vince Dillon and Salesman - Ted Aguilar provided unbelievable customer service. I actually purchased a vehicle on Saturday. On Sunday I attempted to use two of the options that I thought it had. Since the options did not work, I brought it back to them on Monday so they could teach me how to use these options, it turns out the vehicle was missing the options. I was devastated...but not for long! Vince told me to bring the vehicle back on Tuesday - they would take the return of the vehicle!! I couldn't believe it!! I never thought in a million years that I would be able to return a vehicle. However, I was wrong - Flemington BMW took the vehicle back and helped me find the vehicle of my dreams!!! On Tuesday - Vince and Ted - went to the General Manager, and they helped me secure the EXACT Vehicle with all of the options I was looking for!! I can't say enough about the Flemington BMW team!!
