Hossein is the consummate professional. He’s always there to help us in any way he can, even for years after we have made the purchase. My brand new 2022, X3 was involved in an accident. It was towed to the dealership for repairs in May 2022, got the suv back in Nov 2022...repairs are still not done properly, and the car is just ridin It was towed to the dealership for repairs in May 2022, got the suv back in Nov 2022...repairs are still not done properly, and the car is just riding horrible and feels so unsafe, apparently the side of the car that had no impact, was overlooked and has continued to be an issue. I keep calling every month to the location to get the car back in to get checked out and keep getting the run around, I am told it's busy...like xxx!! You would think they are fixing my vehicle for FREE. At this point I am DONE with BMW. On the bright side, Alp my sales guy is the best (he sold me 2 brand new cars over the years) and my previous service techs Jack and Greg are very great with communication and service! More
