We ended up with a certified used car that greatly exceeded our expectations going in, but was still within our price range. We did not feel pressured at any point of the process and Bucky listened to our specific needs and situation and made it work. He was very understanding and helpful at all points of the process. Tony's service in securing the loan and doing the paperwork was exceptional. It was fast, efficient and painless but still thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. I've bought a number of cars over the years but never has the process gone this smoothly and never have I felt as comfortable as this time. No pressure and excellent service. I paid a little too much for the car based on my research, but I'm happy with everything except the detailing company. Yes, separate from the dealership. I waited for an extra hour to take delivery and there are swirls all over the car. The finish has something on it that makes every blotch (water, tire shine, etc.) stick out like a sore thumb. I'm going to spend $100 to have a company I've dealt with in the past detail the exterior of the care. More

He really seemed eager to help me get a decent car at a reasonable price. I came in looking for basically a junk car to get me by (after my car recently blew up) and mentioned that I always liked the Kia Soul, but they didn't have one on the lot I could afford due to a tight budget. Bucky went all out trying to get me in a Soul and ended up bringing one from another dealership for me to try out. Price was good, car was in good condition and turned out to be a plus model which we were both excited about. While they were working out bank stuff, I let my mother talk to bucky on the phone and when I got the phone back she told me "I really think he does have your best interest." So I bought a close to new 2015 Soul+ and haven't regretted it yet. Jordan was incredibly helpful also, even though I didnt spend as much time with him. He was also patient and made sure I understood everything before moving on, which as a first time buyer I appreciated greatly. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Great place with great people that respect your needs and treat you like a person rather than a dollar bill. More
