EXCELLENT from beginning to END! Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but would also be reliable as again it was for my son. I ended up at this dealership with a list of vehicles I had shopped through the day, I was greeted by sales person MIke Baxley who listened to my needs and tried to stay within my budget. We walked that lot from front to back.. I was then directed to manager Aaron who began to help me from beginning to end, going over and beyond to not only help me but make sure I was making the best purchase possible for my son and his safety. He checked all the car fax's for me of all the vehicles I have been looking at through out the day. He then took me to a car they had and gave me a incredible deal. I did end up financing some of the car whch was not my plan but the reassurance of knowing my son was in a reliable vehicle, with warranty and a clean title made it soo worth it. Furthermore, Aaron then started working on helping me get out of my 2011 Camero. It was very hard for me to let go of my camero... I have had it 7 years and was pretty attached but knew it was only getting older. However, to do this, it had to be a deal I couldn't pass up. Once again sales person Mike and Bucky working with Aaron made sure to listen to my needs, what I wanted and worked to get me where I needed to be financially so I was comfortable. I cant even begin to tell you how much I appreciated them all. I will go back to KIa Paramount again and again and suggest them FAR ABOVE any dealership I have ever been to!! THANK YOU Aaron, Mike and Bucky... and even my finance guy!! I know at the end of the day its a business, however I think I made a few friends as well! More

Simple answers in quick time. Bucky was quick, informative and real about the special promotion on the sorento that I purchased. Experience at KIA - Asheville NC Purchased a KIA Sorento. Bucky Bates was the salesman. He was very honest and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Great service and very helpful Came in to find find a vehicle to help established credit history. Figure I be turn down but my sales rep was incredibly helpful and work with me and Came in to find find a vehicle to help established credit history. Figure I be turn down but my sales rep was incredibly helpful and work with me and got me financed then managed to get me a great used car I was expecting a huge interest rate and was pretty high walked out with the car the same day. Came back the next day to finish paper work and my sales rep continued to work on my financing the next morning on his own and got me a much lower interest rate almost an 8th of what it was before. More

Be sure to ask questions and seek clarification! I ended up leasing a new Kia Soul after two visits, and I'm pleased with my car. However, I feel like concepts like turning in my old car (which was l I ended up leasing a new Kia Soul after two visits, and I'm pleased with my car. However, I feel like concepts like turning in my old car (which was leased), different leasing terms, etc. were either poorly explained or explained differently depending on who I was talking to. At one point, it was suggested that I maintain two leases at once- one for my old car, one for my new- and that I couldn't simply turn in my old car. I was told I had to pay the turn-in fee for my old car before being reimbursed (since I was beginning another lease with Kia) but then I was told that the fee was actually waived/not applicable. Had I not done my research and asked questions for clarification, I feel like I would have overpaid or been in a far more complicated situation than necessary. In the end, everything worked out. Just be sure to do your research, ask questions, and read everything before you sign it. Everyone there was attentive, patient, and personable, but there were instances of staff maybe not knowing all the right information. Prior to now, my previous car (a '14 Kia Soul) was serviced here, and I had very positive experiences with their servicing department. I'll obviously be taking my new car there for future appointments. More
