Hello my name is Bryson Smith and I’m one of our Finance Managers here at Jim Ellis Kia. I started my sales career as a home theater expert for Best Buy, but then shortly after, developed a passion for Automobile Sales. I’m currently working on my degree at Kennesaw State University. Whenever I’m not at the dealership you can typically either find me online running a gaming channel on YouTube or finding my time trying to stick to some sort of gym schedule with friends. My salesman was incredible. . he was no pressure very thorough he also stayed in my budget. I am not as impressed with the gentleman that did the paperwork. I was working with my bank and was pre-approved for 4.9%. The gentleman said the finance company was in contact with my bank and my banker on the phone with him. And now it is 5.3%. I said okay because they were on the phone with my banker. The next morning I got a call from my banker and he had no idea what I was talking about. I am not happy about being misled. More

Had a great experience with Jim Ellis Kia ending in our purchase of a 2025 Kia Sportage PHEV. Lavoghn, the Brand specialist was outstanding as he patiently led us through all the EV/Hybrid options over a f purchase of a 2025 Kia Sportage PHEV. Lavoghn, the Brand specialist was outstanding as he patiently led us through all the EV/Hybrid options over a few weekends and a few drive tests. He gave us the space but also all relevant information, answering our questions without pressuring us. The whole experience was great overall. More

The Jim Ellis dealership was one of 20 dealerships that I reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the de reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the deal with us, which was interesting because we'd spoken to this rep in person at the dealership multiple times. Since the rep told us Jim Ellis couldn't do the deal I decided to reach out multiple other dealerships to see if they were willing to do the deal. Eventually a very good deal was emailed from a competing dealer and we reached back out to Jim Ellis to see if they would be willing to beat or match the deal. LeeAnn, the Internet Sales Manager, was delightful and informed us that she would work to see if she could get the deal done. She reached back out about 40 minutes later and the deal was on motion. The entire process, once at the dealership took about 40 minutes and we've been happy ever since. It was by far the best dealership experience we've had up until now. More
