Maita Service Center always does a great job--I've been going to them for years. I never have to worry about my car getting taken care of, whether a big or small job. When my wife arrived to pick up the car at the promised time and date the maita staff had no idea where her car was or what the car was there for. After waiting 35 minutes the car was finally located. My w time and date the maita staff had no idea where her car was or what the car was there for. After waiting 35 minutes the car was finally located. My wife had already worked 9 hours that day and didn’t need another 35 minute delay. The staff was disorganized and not very helpful. One service member told my wife to sit down and wait because the service department was now closed. More

The drop off / non appointment lane was being helped faster than the application lane if you know you have X number of appointment you should have enough people available to service them instead of focusing on drop offs. 2. Your “valet” employees must have been hired from the DMV or something because there was no sense of urgency. The guy one guy that was bringing the cars out continued to have his side conversation with his coworkers as he strolled to get the keys and proceeded the bring people their cars. From the time that I paid to the time that I got my car 13 minutes lapsed while this guy continued to just talk to other employees. I felt worst for an elderly lady who was in her late 70-80s that waited with me and we both kept looking at each other like we are in a prank show. Your office isn’t probably going to take action or even care much but at least other people reading these reviews can find somewhere else to go. After waiting for so long there was a black guy that was doing something else (I only mention this so he doesn’t for some reason get in trouble because he was the only one that seemed to care) , I went up to him to see if he could help me instead and he right away went and got my car while the other dude continued his stroll. More

I brought in a 1999 Toyota Celica GT convertible with the intent of determining the work that needed to be done to maintain this car in a 'Classic' category over time. Mr. Shibata was most thorough in deter intent of determining the work that needed to be done to maintain this car in a 'Classic' category over time. Mr. Shibata was most thorough in determining from me what it is I would like to accomplish and within a current and future budget. The work performed by the service crew was exceptional; I now have a most thorough listing by priority of what I will need to accomplish over time and with an accompanying forecasted cost estimate. More

Although the cost of the repair was considerable, it could have been much worse. Thankfully my faith in Maita over the last 25 years was not frustrated by dishonesty. An initial diagnostic did not ade could have been much worse. Thankfully my faith in Maita over the last 25 years was not frustrated by dishonesty. An initial diagnostic did not adequately reveal a needed repair resulting in an increase in the potential cost. Recognizing that the diagnostic was inadequate, the service tech spoke to his manager and the additional cost was waived. I am elderly and retired and resources are limited, however, when it comes time to finally trade the old girl in, I will certainly return to Maita for what will be my last vehicle. Thank you so much.
