3.19.25, after almost a year being ghosted I was able to bring the car back in after the speaking with management because the vehicle's under warranty and the moon roof needs to fixed. They stated cannot be fixed The moon roof needs to be replaced. After the so-call replacement of the moonroof was completed I picked up my vehicle it was a lot of ice and snow on top of the car so after leaving the dealership to get back to work I was finally able to get the snow and ice cleared up to see completed job, they did not replace the moonroof they replaced the seal around the moon roof. But in the job receipt the report showed that they replaced the moon roof along with the seal but they did not because there was clear evidence of the liquid rubber I used to seal the hole on the previous moonroof seal that was damaged when the car was purchased but they are claiming that they replaced the moon roof. I went ahead and run the car through the car wash multiple times to test because in my dash camera it showed they did not test the seal after replacing it. I contacted the location to talk with the service manager and I'm currently waiting for a response. I need to correct receipt showing that the seal was the only thing that was replaced and if there is leaks my moonroof replaced. With all this headache I believe after getting this cleared up I will not be going back.
