Took my car in for service for warranty claim through a third party after getting a fake diagnostic from another company and waiting over four weeks for work ti get completed. I Was greeted on the phone with Brian who took care of me from the moment I called and assured me, everything would be taken care of. I got continuous updates on my car and it was fixed in less than a week. certified Benz And Beamer diagnosed the car correctly and all repairs were paid for through warranty. Brian is a man of his word and I highly recommend this service dept. Thank you for the excellent job and outstanding customer service. I will 100% be back in the future with any car problems. More

I took my C8 into the dealership with a challenge they probably have not had before an electrical nightmare. I had my doors done custom lambo style and after a year they had a major fail. Windows wou probably have not had before an electrical nightmare. I had my doors done custom lambo style and after a year they had a major fail. Windows wouldn't roll up and down door wouldn't lock radio wouldn't shut off and a couple other lights on the dash magically appeared. This should not happen to a fairly new vehicle but it was my own doing. Brian was amazing as always as a service advisor. I can't remember the technicians name but Jack should be grateful be has someone that skilled. I have bought 6 vehicles so far from this dealership and plan to buy from them in the future. I will only deal with Andy and Danny for sales, these guys are great. Thank you Cbb Dave More

Brian and Steven really know what they are doing. My mini was taken care of for items that 2 dealer service departments didn't fix.
