My husband and I went there to just look at cars as our lease was not up until the end of May. We found a car that we really liked the management and sales department people were excellent and getting us e lease was not up until the end of May. I give Copeland Subaru 5 stars because buying a car was a very smooth process, and there was no pressure, from working with Patrick in Sales, Brittany in Finance and Bryan Scarpellini! Friendly, worked with me in adjusting the price of the car that I could agree to. Got the new car registered and I drove it out the parking lot that same day. I found though, that when I was not sure car that I could agree to. Got the new car registered and I drove it out the parking lot that same day. I found though, that when I was not sure about the car due to the price… they responded with; we have no idea when the next shipment of cars are coming in. I found out after the fact, the car shipment came in the next day…. ???? More
