Came in for a routine oil change but ended up trading our Malibu and buying a Trailblazer. Wanted red but when shown green it was love @ first sight. Working with Bryan was a wonderful experience. Only hitch was not being able to get my husband’s veterans discount of $500 to go through due to unknown reason. Bryan adjusted the price of our trade-in by that amount but would have been very nice to have not of those. We have done business with Sapaugh several times over the years and we’ve been pleased with the purchases and the service dept. Now that we’re back in south St Louis County, the drive is farther but still worth the attention we have received. Always grateful when treated with respect and courtesy. Thank you for making a car purchase a smooth experience and hope someone enjoys our Malibu. We sure did! More
