This dealership is way over-rated! I would give a zero star if I could. There were 2 major snow storms last month (January) with freezing temperatures and both times my X1 2023 mod I would give a zero star if I could. There were 2 major snow storms last month (January) with freezing temperatures and both times my X1 2023 model could not be unlocked remotely with the frozen snow on the body. I called and texted Amie Marshall to schedule for pick up for next snow storm. I was shocked that she tried to argue that every car would have the same unlock issues with snow and freezing temperatures, incredible! My old and cheaper brand cars in the past never had this issue under -0 degrees! I also spoke to her manager Ryan. They both understood what they were taking my car in for. We had 3 inches snow and freezing temperatures last night and I knew this condition would definitely create the unlock problem. I received a video this morning showing a technician walking towards my clean car (cleared of snow) and 'happily' saying it could be unlocked! They were making a full joke out of the situation! I believe it could not be unlocked with the frozen snow so he had the snow removed. It was obvious they were trying to conceal the issue. We might not get enough snow or freezing temperatures again this season. I'm so disappointed with the low standard and poor integrity of this dealership. I called Bryan and told him about the problem but needless to say, he was taking their side. This dealership also has a shortage of drivers/valets and loaner vehicles. They are only able to schedule 2 weeks out, not the next week so appointments are always delayed. More

The BMW X3 2024 is an excellent car, but the overall experience with pricing and after-sales service was highly disappointing. The sales team lacked transparency during pricing discussions, making the p experience with pricing and after-sales service was highly disappointing. The sales team lacked transparency during pricing discussions, making the process unnecessarily frustrating, and the deal offered was far from satisfactory. After losing the digital car key, I contacted the dealership for assistance, only to be endlessly transferred between departments with no clear resolution. Despite leaving voicemails, no one bothered to return my calls. This demonstrates poor communication, a lack of competence in resolving customer issues, and a disregard for consumer concerns. If you're considering buying a BMW, I strongly advise against choosing the BMW Fort Washington dealership. Explore other dealerships that appear to offer better customer service and professionalism. BMW Fort Washington must improve its customer service and internal processes. A premium brand like BMW should provide a premium experience, but this dealership fell far short of expectations More

My wife and I had a completely hassle free experience of delving into our first experience with BMW and we believe, that was down to our one on one dealings with Bryan. Bryan helped arrange the test drive, delving into our first experience with BMW and we believe, that was down to our one on one dealings with Bryan. Bryan helped arrange the test drive, to ordering the car and finally spent as long as wee needed when we eventually took delivery of the car. He made sure we were fully informed of the any developments in between the ordering and delivery and gave his personal insights into the world of BMW, which we truly appreciated. When our lease ends, I have a feeling Bryan may be getting a call from us! Thank you Bryan. P.S. my wife absolutely loves the car!! More

Having spent nearly the last decade of my highly remunerated career in a purportedly "high reliability" Federal Regulatory Agency, developing systems analyses, this dealership deserves the high prai remunerated career in a purportedly "high reliability" Federal Regulatory Agency, developing systems analyses, this dealership deserves the high praise that it typically receives. I pride myself as an unrepentant "data junkie" who devoted a full year to get up to speed. Despite such perserverence, Mike Prince and JP the inimitable "BMW Genius" support staff clearly helped me avoid overspending on sevral features to the tune of nearly 7 Gs. So pick their brains for all they're worth. Out of the dozen or so brands I scrutinized in the past year -- Acura/Lexus/Porsche/Mazda as well -- none can hold a candle to this BMW standout particularly wrt risk mitigation / quality management with its exceptional work culture. I kid you not: I put them through the paces. More
