Despite such perserverence, Mike Prince and JP the inimitable "BMW Genius" support staff clearly helped me avoid overspending on sevral features to the tune of nearly 7 Gs. So pick their brains for all they're worth. Out of the dozen or so brands I scrutinized in the past year -- Acura/Lexus/Porsche/Mazda as well -- none can hold a candle to this BMW standout particularly wrt risk mitigation / quality management with its exceptional work culture. I kid you not: I put them through the paces. More

I was at the dealer for a software issue, which was fixed. While I was waiting, Ben Ammar asked if I wanted a car wash. He was insistent and proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes on my car.
