If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade most recently and I've been so extremely unhappy with everything from the purchase to the service to the management. Noone cares about the people anymore! I am taking my business elsewhere! hopefully they will be better than these dirt xxxxx. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE GO ELSEWHERE More

I would recommend Findlay to all my friends. The service is excellent, the mechanics know what they are doing and always explain how, what and why. They make time for my repairs and get them do The service is excellent, the mechanics know what they are doing and always explain how, what and why. They make time for my repairs and get them done. The prices are fair for the work that is done. There are even discount coupons offered on the Cadillac app which I took advantage of! The service reps are on top of it and a shout out to Ashley, Brian and Greg, they are professional, friendly and explain things. The cashiers in the back are friendly and helpful. I had to find the parts department and one of the employees nearby overheard me asking for directions and then stepped in and offered to walk me to the elevator and take me directly to the parts department. They opened doors, were very polite made me feel comfortable. I like the waiting area where you can get complimentary, water, sodas, coffee even a cappuccino my personal favorite. More

After buying a $5,450 extended warranty that was suppose to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyl to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyler Sullivan to have my tire pressures checked. He assured me that Service always checked them. Drove out of the Dealership and my low tire pressure indicator came on. Worst service I've ever had. Beware of Findlay Cadillac!!!!! More
