1 Pésimo servicio y total falta de profesionalismo Llevé

mi Jeep Grand Cherokee a Hollywood Chrysler Jeep el 12/18/2025 porque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y la computadora estaba desprogramada. Me aseguraron que en 2 días laborables me llamarían con el diagnóstico y la reparación, cosa que nunca ocurrió. Durante semanas hice numerosas llamadas y envié correos electrónicos sin recibir respuesta. El 12/31/2025 finalmente me contactaron y solo me informaron verbalmente cuál era el problema. En ese momento volví a solicitar el reporte del diagnóstico. El 01/08/2026 fui personalmente al concesionario y me dijeron que el vehículo estaría listo el 01/09/2026 o 01/10/2026. Ese mismo día pedí nuevamente el diagnóstico y me respondieron que me lo darían cuando recogiera el carro. Seguí llamando sin obtener respuesta. El 01/15/2026 regresé al concesionario y descubrí que el vehículo ya estaba listo desde antes, sin que nadie me avisara. Pedí hablar con el director de servicio, quien fue indiferente, poco profesional y me dejó hablando solo, pedí nuevamente el diagnóstico advisor negó ya que era “confidencial”, algo absurdo e inaceptable tratándose de mi propio vehículo. Mala comunicación, incumplimiento total, falta de respeto al cliente y pésimo servicio. No recomiendo este concesionario bajo ninguna circunstancia.
