Jim O'Connell's excellent customer service and really made a huge difference in our buying decision of our Certified Pre-Owned Acura. We also appreciated the fact that the dealership did not present us w made a huge difference in our buying decision of our Certified Pre-Owned Acura. We also appreciated the fact that the dealership did not present us with any surprises (hidden fees, or additional costs). The advertised price was the actual price. This took all the unnecessary stress out of the usually highly stressful car buying experience. More

Lou was a great sales person, very good answering questions. However the paperwork section was a nightmare. 6 hours after the decision to buy , multiple mistakes, inconsistent messaging, paid for op questions. However the paperwork section was a nightmare. 6 hours after the decision to buy , multiple mistakes, inconsistent messaging, paid for options that take weeks to months to get. (Still waiting) and I had to go back to finish it off. More

I really enjoyed my experience with the service department at Courtesy Acura. Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done be department at Courtesy Acura.
