Hi! Chris Zimmerman Parts & Service Director. I am disappointed to hear that this noise you were experiencing were the tires being cupped. After we spoke the last time, I did review your account with the technician that worked on your vehicle, the noises he heard were consistent with known Acura warranty concerns that we performed under warranty. After these repairs, the noises he heard were gone. Ultimately this could have been solved by having either myself, Jack, or the technician take a test drive with you the first time that you heard the noise to ensure that we all understood what the noise was/where it was coming from. I am embarrassed that this happened. I should have been involved right away. I am sorry for the inconvenience with the 6 total trips. That is unacceptable. Training has & will be continued to ensure that this doesn't happen again. We can talk further however, I cannot access your information from the name on this review.
