The service department is very good. Not perfect but very good. You will not find better with any of the other area dealer service departments. I consider them the best in the Phoenix a Not perfect but very good. You will not find better with any of the other area dealer service departments. I consider them the best in the Phoenix area. I only service my Subaru at a dealer service department as I only want trained Subaru techs and OEM Subaru parts. I have used them for service many times over the last 14 months. I am new to the area but not new to Subaru having owner 5 Outbacks and 1 Legacy. I am personally in another area of the repair business and I want my vehicle fixed correctly exactly the way I do repairs and service my own clients. These guys try very hard and do run a 1st class operation. They are willing to get things right if there are issues and they are willing to help work with Subaru for unusual issues when a vehicle is out of warranty. Their prices are not cheap for service and you might pay a little more for parts but, for people that stand behind their service and genuinely listen when there are service issues ( and there have been some), doing business with them is worth it for me. I am willing to pay for trained service techs and their expertise. Subaru as a manufacturer is not perfect and there are issues with their cars same as any other make. I consider a great service department as a most valuable part of vehicle ownership. They are not the only dealer I have gone to in the area but they are the only dealer service department that I will use. More

During the pandemic, our family was growing and it was a challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom has proven that he can be. He treated me more than a transaction and a number on his quota. He was very communicative, helped us focus on our needs more than wants, and most importantly, we never felt pressured. The only problem I found about during our experience with Tom was that everyone else wants the same great experience he delivers so you have all of his time (That might be our personal problem though). If I had to describe Tom in a word, it would be consultant. He always has your best interest in mind and will help you over come challenges. Thanks for an amazing 4 months experience, will definitely stay in touch and buy from Tom again. Also thanks to Subaru Superstore of Chandler for enabling him to do his great work. A dealership with no bs or gimmicks. More

I brought my car to this location to have a routine check up as I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in order. Angela gave me a clean bill of health and a signed copy that everyt up as I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in order. I went a month ahead of time and spent four visits trying to have them fix my AC that wasn't broke. They used used parts inside my vehicle. And finally decided after my 90 day contract to go to a different Subaru. My AC didn't work after four visits and the funny thing is it wasn't broken when I arrived there the first time! One visit at another Subaru fixed all the odd ball issues that came from this store. Angela made it seem like it was my problem and I witnessed her talking bad about the customer before me. The whole store seemed to be out to lunch and they made a mistake during my first visit and decided they didn't want to fix it. I would stay away from this Subaru and go to one that wont knock a bunch of things out of place and then not care. More

Takes way too long to get your car serviced! We set our appointment for a routine oil change 2 weeks ahead. On the day of, we arrived 10-20 minutes early. The service desk manager remarked how 2 cars scheduled earlier than us weren’t there yet. We waited 3 HOURS for our car to get an oil change! 3 HOURS! After 2.5 hours and an uncomfortable nap later, I went to the desk to ask what was taking so long. The manager said they must have gone to lunch. Oh no kidding, huh? Terrible service and experience. I will never go back for any kind of services here. More

Awesome Parts Service! Last week, I had a MAP sensor go bad on my 2016 STi. After calling around several of my local dealerships here in Colorado, I learned the only spot i Last week, I had a MAP sensor go bad on my 2016 STi. After calling around several of my local dealerships here in Colorado, I learned the only spot in the nation that had these parts available was the main Subaru parts warehouse, I believe in Oregon. So I jumped online and searched for an online Subaru parts store that could help get this part at a reasonable price and as quick as possible. All local dealerships here in Colorado wanted close to 400 bucks and 10+ days for the MAP sensor. With a part as critical as a MAP sensor, that was unacceptable in my situation. I finally found the part on Subaru Superstore of Chandler's website for under 200! (https://parts.subarusuperstore.com/) I then contacted the Chandler store to see about getting that part expedited to me ASAP. The gentleman I spoke to, Brock Bourne, was not only super friendly and knowledgeable to talk with, he went above and beyond to get that part rushed to his store and then rushed it to me. I had the part in hand quicker than I expected, all due to Brock's prompt help. I highly recommend the Subaru Superstore of Chandler and Brock Bourne for getting things done right and as quickly as possible. 5 stars service for sure! =) More

Then dealing with Charlie Webb We took nearly a year looking and comparing a lot of SUV’s and found the Subaru Forester met all of our expectations. Then dealing with Charlie Webb was no pressure and working with us to get just what we wanted. His patience and understanding our situation was really appreciated, but only the beginning. Then we met and worked with all the other employees there and they way they helped and worked with us was impressive. Then got better with follow up and assistance plus never experienced follow on training class. It was all above anything we have ever experienced from any car dealer. More
