I took my car in a month prior and was told they could not replicate the AC issues I reported. This is a 2019 Forester that they had already replaced the blower a year prior on- clearly an issue. They shuttled me to work and were supposed to shuttle me back. Jason said they had no one to pick me up and then sent a Lyft that was cancelled by Subaru. I got there after closing due to their carelessness and then was blamed for getting there past closing. I spoke to Artie about it too- just as careless as his employee, Jason. This week, the eye sight turned off and the car turned off entirely while driving. Beyond dangerous. Brittney stated this was caused by a fuse and this was also causing the AC issues that I brought it in for a month prior. There was zero recognition regarding how avoidable this was had they done their job a month prior. I regret purchasing from Subaru at all. More

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I have a 2021 crosstrek and have had to bring it to the service department two times. Both times I have brought my car in, my concerns were immediately dism a 2021 crosstrek and have had to bring it to the service department two times. Both times I have brought my car in, my concerns were immediately dismissed and invalidated (before a technician could even look at my car). The first time I brought it in was for a rattling sound coming from the undercarriage. Both the technician and the service person I worked with insisted that the sound didn't exist and nothing was wrong with my car. They tried to blame the sound on a backpack zipper and then on leaves that were on the floor of my car. It wasn't until I requested a test drive with the technician that they finally admitted there was in fact a rattling sound. Turns out, there was a problem with the struts and they had to be replaced completely. I brought my car in once again after this for a separate issue and was greeted the same way. My concerns were dismissed before a technician even looked at the car. I don't know if it is because I am young or because I am a woman, but the way I have been treated here is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I am extremely disappointed with Tucson Subaru and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. More

Brittany was professional and efficient and got me in and out quickly for my Forester’s 30k service. The work was completed in the advised timeframe and within the quoted price. They also noted we had a batt out quickly for my Forester’s 30k service. The work was completed in the advised timeframe and within the quoted price. They also noted we had a battery that failed a load test and replaced it on the house. Excellent experience and I will be back. More
